British Asian actress Feryna Wazheir was born into a Muslim family in Glasgow, Scotland. Feryna studied film communication and cultural studies at university. Feryna has trained and worked under Satyadev Dubey and Alyque Padamsee, and at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts [RADA] in London also.

During a vacation to India, Feryna Wazheir was discovered by photographer Farookh Chotia.
