This is when you need to pin a chat to the top of the WhatsApp chat list.
WhatsApp has a pin chat feature that allows you to pin up to three specific chats to the top of your chat list. When you pin some important chat, it appears right on top of all the other chats, thus letting you quickly find them and reach them. Both the Android and iPhone users can pin chats to the top of their chats list on WhatsApp. It can be noted that you can also unpin a chat from the chat list, if it is no longer required. Here is how you can pin and unpin chats on WhatsApp on both the Android and iPhone.
WhatsApp Chat: How to pin chats on top
1. Open WhatsApp on your phone (Android or iPhone).
2. On Android: Tap and hold the chat you want to pin, then tap Pin chat.
3. On iPhone: Swipe right on the chat you want to pin, then tap Pin.
However, if you are not a WhatsApp user and want to install the app in your smartphone, you can simply go to Google Play Store if you use an Android device or App Store, if you have an iPhone to download the app. All you need to do is search for the messaging application and simply click on download or install.
