According to WhatsApp, if your account is banned, you will see the following message when you open WhatsApp: “This account is not allowed to use WhatsApp.” If you think your account was banned by mistake, You can email WhatsApp or tap request a review in the app and the messaging platform will look into your case. Also, it will get back to you after completing the review.

It can be noted that when you request a review in the app, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit registration code sent to you via SMS. Once you have entered it, you will be able to submit your request for a review and add details to support your case.

WhatsApp also recommends its users to carefully review the “Acceptable Use of Our Services” section of its Terms of Service to learn more about the appropriate uses of WhatsApp and the activities that violate its Terms of Service.
